winning bidder or someone raises the bid beyond your “Up To” amount.

Example: You bid $100 on an item with an Up To Bid of $375. Another bidder bids $120. I
will raise your bid to $126 (5%). This continues as necessary until you either win or the next
                   bid goes over $375.

               6. Winning Bids: Items are awarded to the highest bidder. You may raise your bid up until the
close of the auction. It is important to bid only what you are sure that you want to spend for
an item, as high bids will not be reduced under any circumstances.

The auction bid sheet is a legal, binding contract.

IMPORTANT: I try to be accurate and descriptive with the items. If you have any doubt
about an item, please call before you place a bid. Once a bid is placed, it cannot be
retracted and your bid is a legal and binding contract. You are responsible for your bid!

                   All sales are final.

               7. Tie Bids: In the case of a tie (two bids at the same amount), the earliest postmark bid sheet,
fax or call will be considered the high bid.

               8. Payment: Invoices will be emailed to winning bidders approximately five (5) days after the
close of the auction. Invoices will include: amount due, applicable tax for CA residents,
shipping, and insurance. Payments must be received within 20 days of the close of the
                   auction.

Acceptable forms of payment include: Money Orders, Personal Checks and
                   Visa/MasterCard/DISCOVER/Amex.

Because I am handling consigned items, if you would like to pay by credit card there will be
a buyer’s premium of 4% added to the total on your invoice. If you have any questions,
                   please ask.

               9. Layaways: I do accept layaways for packages valued at $300 or more. Layaways require
50% down immediately, and the remaining 50% balance due within 30 days from the auction
closing date. The deposit is not refundable and exchanges cannot be made.

If there is a balance still due after 30 days from the auction closing date, the deposit is
forfeited and the items are returned to the consignor. In order for me to pay my consignors, I
cannot be flexible on the layaway policy.

               10. Returns: All sales are final with no returns. Any issues regarding an item will be handled on
                   an individual, case-by-case basis.

Be sure to find out all you can about an item prior to bidding on it to avoid any problems or
                   misunderstandings.

               11. Auction Telephone Hours: From 10:00AM - 5:00PM PST. You may call with questions or
