12. Auction Endings: On closing day, you may call until 7:00 PM PST with questions about
your bids. From 7:00 PM until the auction closes, you may call to check on the status, make
additional bids, and/or raise your bids ONLY.
During this time, your call will be limited to five (5) minutes in fairness to others trying to get
through. The auction will officially close at 8:00 PM PST and when no bid is raised within a
5-minute time span. Don’t give up if you get a busy signal. This simply means that the
auction is still in progress. If you call past closing time and it rings without an answer, this
means that I have waited 5 minutes without a raised bid and the auction has ended. This is
being done to allow everyone to get through with their last bids. On closing day only,
additional phone lines will be available for your use. Once again, the numbers are

13. Shipping: All packages valued at $500 or more will be fully insured with a signature
required upon delivery. For overseas customers, packages will be mailed for the full
declared value. Please do not ask us to send your package as a gift or at an under-declared
value, as we will not. If you have a US “shipping buddy” please provide that information on
your bid sheet.
Due to the volume of paperwork involved with the auction, I cannot accept any
auction related calls until THREE DAYS (Wednesday) after the auction ends.
Please do NOT call on Auction Night with questions regarding the
condition of any item. We email you the catalog with ample time to
allow you to ask any questions that you may have prior to Auction
Night, which is a very hectic evening for both bidders and our staff.
