PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT
PERFORMANCE STANDARDS
Employees are expected to meet the standards of
performance for their position and must satisfactorily
complete assigned tasks and responsibilities. Supervisors
and managers may provide performance feedback,
coaching, support and training, as appropriate, to assist
employees in meeting performance standards. Tegra
supports the use of progressive discipline to address issues
such as unsatisfactory work performance or misconduct.
Discipline is typically administered as a series of standard
steps; however , depending on the specific situation, any
step may be repeated, omitted, or taken out of sequence
based the nature, seriousness and frequency of the
deficient performance or conduct.
These guidelines do not create any contractual rights
and do not alter in any way T egra’s ability , in its sole
discretion, to skip steps where appropriate, or to terminate
employment at will. Any employee who fails to meet the
required performance standards for his or her position
is subject to disciplinary action, up to and including
termination.
PERFORMANCE REVIEWS
Employee development is one of the key initiatives for
Tegra. To continue your development and ensure that
you perform your job to the best of your abilities, you will
receive annual written reviews of your behavioral and skill-
based performance. In addition to the formal performance
review process, your supervisor or department lead may
provide additional feedback at any time.
