d. For other reasons besides illness, student leave can be granted by the school for a maximum of 3
days, with per- mission of request issued by the Principal. Application of permission thereafter will
be classified as absent.
Untuk alasan lain selain sakit, cuti pelajar dapat diberikan oleh sekolah untuk maksimal 3 hari,
dengan izin dari permintaan yang dikeluarkan oleh Kepala Sekolah. Aplikasi izin setelahnya akan
diklasifikasikan sebagai absen/ tidak hadir.
e. If a student is absent for more than 3 days in one month, the parents or guardian will receive the
student’s first warning letter. If the absence still continues, a memorandum will be delivered ten days
later. If following absence is incurred without further notification, the student is assumed to have
permanently left the school.
Jika siswa tidak hadir selama lebih dari 3 hari dalam satu bulan, orang tua atau wali akan menerima
surat peringatan pertama siswa. Jika ketidakhadiran itu masih berlanjut, sebuah memorandum akan
disampaikan sepuluh hari kemudian. Jika ketidakhadiran berikutnya terjadi tanpa pemberitahuan
lebih lanjut, siswa diasumsi- kan telah meninggalkan sekolah secara permanen.
f. During school hours, the student is prohibited from leaving the school grounds without the
Principal/Vice Princi- pal/Discipline Coordinator’s permission.
Selama jam sekolah, siswa dilarang meninggalkan area sekolah tanpa seizin Kepala Sekolah /
Wakil Kepala Sekolah / Koordinator Disiplin.
g. During class, the student is not allowed to leave the room without their teacher’s permission. If the
student has to leave the school or class in haste, before being able to get permission from
Principal/Vice Principal/Discipline Co- ordinator, but with permission from contacting parents or
guardian beforehand, the student then fills out a per- mission slip on the duty teacher’s desk.
Selama kelas, siswa tidak diperbolehkan meninggalkan ruangan tanpa izin dari guru mereka. Jika
siswa harus meninggalkan sekolah atau kelas dengan tergesa-gesa, sebelum dapat memperoleh izin
dari Kepala Sekolah / Wakil Kepala Sekolah / Koordinator Disiplin, tetapi dengan izin dari
menghubungi orang tua atau wali sebelumnya, siswa tersebut kemudian mengisi slip izin pada guru
piket yang bertugas.
h. If the student is suffering from a minor illness, the student is entitled to a first-aid treatment in the
clinic with the teacher or the duty teacher’s permission.
Jika siswa menderita penyakit ringan, siswa berhak atas perawatan pertolongan pertama di klinik
dengan guru atau izin guru piket.
i. Students must follow student activities, and should pay specified expenses.
Siswa harus mengikuti kegiatan siswa, dan harus membayar biaya tertentu.
j. Students, under any circumstances, are not allowed to take things from their lockers during class.
Siswa, dalam keadaan apa pun, tidak diperbolehkan mengambil barang-barang dari loker mereka
selama pelaja- ran masih berlangsung.
