Message from Managing Director

There’s a leader in everyone, but to unveil it one has
to step out to discomfort zone, gather courage with
openness to learn and face any consequences and
practice relevant process of doing things extraordinarily.

Congratulations! All 35 courageous people who have
participated leadership since 2015.
Leadership Development Program (LDP) was initiated
in our organization to encourage people to think
and act on their career growth by getting themselves
involved as a leader in a real-life difficult situation that is
happening in an organization. LDP is a platform where
everyone gets a chance to sharpen their knowledge
and skills by leading a specific program which helps
them to unlock the leadership potential, add value to
the organizational culture and be a good citizen of the
organization and the country.

I personally have witnessed very good and positive
changes in the employees who have participated
as a leader in the LDP. I have noticed the increased
confidence, refined communication skills, improved
analytical ability, better way of organizing any event
and changed personality with a positive attitude among
these future great leaders.
I encourage you all to nominate yourself to have a
progressive path in life and career like others did. This
is a great good opportunity within an organization
where you can get an exposure of working and learning
together to brighten you further.
