Message from advisiory
and steering team
As the core steering team members and initiators
of Leadership Development Program (LDP) since its
establishment, our journey has been amazing for these
four years. Moreover, we both personally got opportunities
to learn lot of skills parallelly as well. Observing the leaders,
guiding them throughout before, during and post-events
with depth involvement was not an easy task and we
conquered them all. Most of all, it helped us in detail to
identify the potential of our fellow colleagues, develop
their skills on daily basis and move forward with extra-
energies for productivity and employees’ personal and
professional growth. From various indoor and outdoor
activities targeted on leadership, team building, passing
the cultural values, sportiness, health and hygiene and
more, the labor act of 2074 later on addressed many
of the agendas like health and safety committee and
others those derived out of LDP. Later on, professional
development plans were incorporated within LDP those
benefitted our colleagues in acquiring key skillsets for
their actual day-to-day work. The transformations we saw
in each leader after the successful completion of their
specific events amazed us, thrived to introduce better
programs and keep going for the good feeling factor
within the organization and out.
We are happy to hear that the common initiative of
MARCOM and HR department is going to publish the
essence of what we did that marks a history in our
organization and we see this model as one of our best
services to HR industry of Nepal in coming near future.
