About LDP
Initiated in 2015, Leadership Development Program (LDP) has been widely accepted & full utilized by the
management and the employees in transforming people’s skills to competencies, persistence to leadership and
ideas to implementations with an objective to create ambience and build a great place to work. After selecting
enthusiasts from the employees with various criteria, they are advised and guided by the advisory and steering
team members including the chance to meet managing director for executing their ideas thru a team of organizers.
The objective of this program is to enhance employees’ leadership skills with a practical implementation of
ideas into an event for participants’ learning, entertainment, healthy life and cultural awareness that drives their
personal and professional growth. When we become leaders, decisions are made more quickly, task are done
more efficiently and tremendous amounts of time, energy and money can be saved. Leadership Development
Program is designed and built around six factors vital to the success of employees: influence, communication,
thinking and acting systemically, self-awareness, resiliency, and learning agility.
Who Should Participate?
Those who are willing to learn how to lead through using people as a key organizational resource, understand
importance of teams, and develop skills for the management of effective contexts are encouraged to apply for
the LDP every year.
Participants attending the program will be awarded the Leadership Development Program certificate on the
Annual Day. The winners of LDP Event is announced and awarded on the same day where s/ he will get the
prize money Rs. 10,000. The second and third winners are also awarded. The result is based on the feedbacks
collected from the participants of the individual event.
We believe every organization needs leaders and great leaders are within our companies itself. We
acknowledge the employees’ right to learn and give them an opportunity to grow with an on-the-jobtraining and
allows them to give back to other employees by participating in the program.
