HOLI

The festival of colors, Holi, is a traditional Hindu festival which celebrates
the beginning of spring as well as the triumph of good over evil. Now and
again we are busy in work, making it impossible to stop and celebrate
festivals, or concerned of how the workplace would take look at a festival.
Celebrations are a decent, inviting method for reflecting what we are
and where we originate from. What’s more, it plays a significant role
in creating bond amongst the office colleagues. The core objective of
this LDP, “Holi with Paintball” was to celebrate Holi adding fun element,
promoting team spirit, building friendship, relieving stress in a fun and
interactive atmosphere. Importantly, participant also emerged through
practical application of strategic planning and communication. The most
impactful outcome of this leadership is the personalized organization
tree that is mounted in the company wall.
