2.1.3 Modals of Willingness
Assessment ( Classroom Activity)
For this classroom activity, students will play a game called “Fate in the
jar”. The instruction is as follow.
How to Play: Fate in a Jar
1. Each student will write a sentence of high degree willingness
in a piece of paper. For example: “I will sing for the whole
class”
2. After writing their own sentences, the paper need to be put in-
side a jar.
3. The teacher will call out any students randomly to pick their
‘fate’ from the jar.
4. Once the student had picked his or her ‘fate’, they need to im-
personate or act out the sentence passionately
