Becker suggests that there is specific electrical

signal that promotes healing of tissues. This

electrical signal is carried between the brain and the

damaged tissue in the perineural tissue which

surrounds the nerve NOT the nerve itself. The

nerve conducts the pain signals but the perineural

tissue conducts the healing electrical signals.

Acupuncture works on the perineural tissue to

make sure these signals are being properly

conducted so healing can occur. However, for this

perineural tissue to work properly, it must have a

surplus of electrons. This is what the earthing mats

are for in my waiting room.(See section on earthing

mats).
