As you will note from the attached memo, the CEO is very concerned at the progress of our new
website as they see this as a key strategy for our future growth. They have requested that we
consider how to address the issues identified.
Can you prepare a briefing note for the CEO in advance of the meeting with the project manager
which firstly outlines the key constraints applicable to all projects and secondly suggests
strategies available to Crowncare to address the issues in the website project regarding these
project constraints.
You will appreciate that this information is required asap.
