I have received an email this morning from Gal Yaluz, Vita CEO – please find a copy attached. You
will see that it concerns a tentative approach from Funfitt to see if Vita would be interested in
entering merger discussions.

I am involved in meetings all day today, and would therefore be grateful if you could put together
some ideas to include in the briefing paper requested by Gal. If you could let me have this by
lunchtime, I will be able to run my eyes over it before I sit down with Gal later today.
