Repair and renovation of the Superintendent’s Office and the Assistant Superintendent’s
Office
The total project budget is $942,398. The Boxford Community Preservation Committee
has contributed $275,353 with the remaining $667,045 coming from Boxford, Middleton
and Topsfield over the next ten years. Boxford is paying for the majority of this project
along with financial partnership from the Town of Middleton and the Town of Topsfield.
This endeavor involved the cooperation and support of all three communities and their
corresponding boards and committees. Many thanks go to the following:

Considerable thought went into repairing and renovating this building in order to
maintain its original 1930’s character and charm while providing a solid building to serve
the community for many years to come.
Boxford Learning Community Support Organizations
Boxford Parent Teacher Organization: The Boxford PTO invested approximately
$45,000 in the elementary schools for the 2015-2016 fiscal year. The goal of the PTO is
to use parent donations to enhance the education of the students at Cole and Spofford
through supportive programs, teacher tools, and community building events.
Over $20,000 of 2015 spending went to the "Teachers' Wishes" program, which funds
teacher grant requests for supplies. This year’s Teacher Wishes included guided reading
materials, writing enrichment materials and organizers, various publications, wireless
