New Matter Intake
Paper Clip Function
• New Matter Intake allows for files to be uploaded to a matter.
• Examples of files to upload:
o Completed, signed work agreements.
o Multi-Payor lists (i.e. Lloyds of London schedule of insurance).
o Letters initiating S-E-A’s services.
o Budget information.
o Correspondence regarding invoices.
• Do not upload documents relating to the investigation.
Attach a File Using the Paperclip:
• With a matter on the screen, select the paperclip icon:
