9. For special events an Event Coordinator (DSR, DSM, Inventory Control Representative
but must be trained in Food Safety) from BEK will go through the items left in the trailer
with the customer to determine what will be allowed to be taken back to BEK. They will
secure the trailer at that time.
10. When the trailer is picked up, the driver with a designated representative of the
customer or owner present will complete a post trip using the Trailer Agreement
Inspection Form. They will check for any new damage, ramps and bulk heads are
present, trailer is locked and note the trailer temperatures at pick up as well as fuel
level. Driver and Customer should sign off on this form.
11. All products will go to Inventory Control and have a final check to see if product meets
the requirements ie: dates, temp, and damage to packaging, before being placed back
into inventory.
12. All paperwork from a trailer loan will be kept together in a file at the Divisions
designated area for 2 years.
