             understand what it means to contribute to a safe working environment.

             Workplace safety is everyone’s responsibility – from preparing the
             food correctly, to following policies and procedures, to identifying any
             potential hazards.

             In this course you will learn how to:
             •   Gain entry-level knowledge for those wanting to work in the
                 Hospitality Industry
             •   Gain basic understanding of food safety practices; including
                 reducing food contamination hazards and prevention of cross-
