SPEAKER: Major (Retired) Colin Bowden Smith MBE
The Doha Chapter (The “Chapter”) of the Institute of
Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) celebrated
the Platinum Jubilee of “CA Day” by organizing a
CPE seminar on the topic “Understand the Basics
and Become a Better Leader” on 01st July 2019
at the Doha Bank Auditorium. Dr. R Seetharaman,
Group CEO, Doha Bank, was the Chief Guest for
the event.

The Keynote speaker for the evening, Major (Retired)
Colin Bowden Smith MBE, a Safety Manager with
Talent Development in Qatar Airways engrossed
the audience in an highly interactive session on
Leadership where he discussed various interesting
aspects on Leadership style and behavior in order
to become a better Leader.

We held a quiz competition and winners were
awarded prizes by Dr R Seetharaman. There was a
cake cutting ceremony to mark the occasion.
