CHOCOLATE




   CREAM MUFFINS







                    Servings: 3




   Directions: In a food processor, blend together: 1 cup of coconut
   flour, 1/3 cup of raw cacao powder, 2 eggs, 4 tbsps. of monk
   fruit/stevia, 1/2 a cup of coconut milk.
   Place batter in muffin tins (filling only half way). In the middle,
   add the cream
   Cream: 1 cup of greek yogurt with 2 tbsps. of coconut oil, 2 tbsps.

   of monk fruit/stevia, 2 scoops of vanilla whey protein powder.
   Then simply place the rest of the batter on top of the cream
   filling & bake at 350 for about 8 mins.                                                                                                 96
