Soak 2 tbsps of chia seeds in 1/2 a cup of
almond milk, and 1 tsp of pure vanilla
extract. Shake well, and let it sit in the
fridge for about 2 hours until seeds absorb
up the liquid. Layer chia pudding in a cup

with fresh sliced kiwi and top with protein
granola. For protein granola: In a food
processor, slowly pulse: 1 scoop of vanilla
whey protein, 1/4 cup of raw walnuts & add
a tiny bit of almond milk until you reach a
granola consistency (pulse for about 5-10
seconds)
