CAULIFLOWER OATS





                                                     Metabolic Window: Outside

                               In a food processor, slowly chop a whole cauliflower until cauliflower is in

                               small tiny pieces (leaving no chunks left). Place the cauliflower in a small

                              pot on the stove & add 1 cup of coconut milk, 1 tsp of cinnamon and 1 tbsp

                               of coconut oil. Bring to a boil and then let simmer, while adding in 1 scoop

                              of vanilla whey protein powder. Sprinkle extra cinnamon and a bit of stevia
                                on top. Don't knock it until you try it! A great alternative to oats & also

                                                          allows you to eat more volume.                                                   32
