Stuffed cream

                          Slice open the top of a large tomato and scrape out the insides. Inside, add: 1 egg, 1/2

                          a cup of eggwhites, 1 tsp of sea salt & garlic with 1-2 tbsps. of low-fat cream cheese in
                             the middle. Spray olive oil on top and place in the oven at 350 for about 30 mins.
