Cauliflower Grilled Cheese 23
Metabolic Window: Outside Servings: 1
Directions: In a food processor, blend: 1 whole cauliflower for about 15 seconds. Place blended
cauliflower in a bowl and mix with 2 free range eggs, 1/3 cup of shredded low-fat cheese, 1 tsp of sea
salt, 1 tsp of Mrs. Dash garlic seasoning. Bake in a pan with 1 tbsp. of extra-virgin olive oil (5 mins. each
side: forming into squares) Place extra cheese on top of one square, and then simply place the other
cauliflower square on top with 1-2 slices of cut up chicken bacon (optional)
