CINNAMON
BUNS
Servings: 1
Directions: In a food processor, blend
together: 1 scoop of vanilla whey protein
isolate, 1 tbsp. of ground flax, 4 tbsps.
of coconut flour, 3 medjool dates, 1 tbsp
of coconut oil, almond milk (just enough
to create a soft batter). Form into
cinnamon buns and top with icing: 1
tsp. of cinnamon mixed with 1 tsp. of
melted honey glazed on top. Baking
them in the oven is optional. They are 19
perfect just as is!
