                          Directions: In a food processor, (for the crust) blend: 1 cup of cashews, 2 tbsps. of coconut
                           flour, 2 tbsps. of ground flax, 1/3 cup of pitted dates, and add a bit of almond milk until

                            batter starts sticking together. Pat batter down flat in a square baking pan & top with
                         blueberry yogurt: blend together: 2 cups of greek yogurt, 1 cup of frozen blueberries, 1 tbsp.
                              of coconut oil, 1⁄4 cup of raw honey. Freeze for about 2 hours and cut into squares.
