Servings: 1
Directions: In a cup, layer: 1 cup of fresh
mixed berries, chia pudding (soak 2
tbsps. of chia seeds in 1/2 cup of
unsweetened almond milk overnight)
with 1 cup of non-fat plain greek yogurt
mixed with 1⁄2 a scoop of vanilla whey 10
protein powder.
