Directions: On a stove top, bring to
a boil: 1⁄2 a cup of gluten-free
oats with 1 cup of coconut milk, 1
cup of eggwhites, 1 tsp of
cinnamon & 1 tsp of pure maple
extract. Let simmer until thick, and
top with fresh berries, cacao nibs,
chia seeds, berries and sundried
banana!
