                                                                                          Directions: Whisk together: 1 mashed banana, 1⁄2 a scoop

                                                                                          of protein powder, 1⁄2 a cup of eggwhites, 1 tbsp. of ground
                                                                                            flax, 1 tsp of vanilla extract. Spray pan with coconut
                                                                                           spray and cook on low for about 5 mins. each side. Top
                                                                                              with chocolate sauce: Mix together 1/2 a scoop of

                                                                                          chocolate protein powder, 1 tsp. of melted   coconut oil, 1
                                                                                           tbsp of pure maple syrup, add a bit of almond milk and
                                                                                                            pour on top of pancakes
