Strawberry
Pancakes
Servings: 1
Directions: In a bowl, whisk together: 1/4

cup of coconut flour, 1/3 cup of fresh
strawberries, 1 tbsp. of ground flaxseed,
1/2 a cup of eggwhites, 1 whole egg, 1/4
cup of coconut milk. Cook on low-
medium heat with coconut oil spray for
about 4 mins each side. Top with extra
strawberries
