Directions: Whisk together: 1 egg, 1⁄2 cup of eggwhites, 2 tbsps. of
Powdered peanuts, 1 tbsp. of ground flax, 1⁄4 cup of coconut flour,
2 tbsps. of dark chocolate chips or cacao nibs. Cook on medium 16
heat for about 5 mins each side. Top with 1 tbsp. of melted
peanut butter
