       COCONUT BOWL









                       Servings: 1




     Directions: Blend together: 1⁄2 a cup of coconut

     milk, 1 scoop of whey protein isolate, 1.5 cups of
     frozen raspberries, 1 tbsp. of coconut oil. Top

     bowl with 1 tbsp. of chia seeds, shredded coconut
