Zucchini
Cheese
Fries Makes 8-10 fries
Cut zucchini into fry pieces and remove the seeds.
Dip each zucchini in melted coconut oil and dip in
coating.
Coating: mix together: 1/2 a cup of almond flour,

1/2 a cup of grated skim milk cheese, 1 tbsp of
A.Vogel sea salt herb blend, a pinch of pepper, &
add a bit of water until batter becomes sticky.
Stick batter onto zucchini sticks and spray each
one with olive oil.
Bake at 350 for 15 mins. Dip fries in marinara
sauce or eat just like that!
