DIRECTIONS Grill extra lean ground chicken with 1 package of
konjac spaghetti noodles in 1 tbsp. of extra virgin

olive oil, with 1 cup of broccoli and 2 tbsps. of
Nutritional yeast, 1 tsp of sea salt, ground pepper
and garlic powder. Konjac noodles are a great
alternative to regular pasta with only 25 calories
per package. This meal is high in fiber and will keep
you full and maintain good blood sugar levels.
