                                                               Nutritional yeast, 1 tsp of sea salt, ground pepper

                                                               and garlic powder. Konjac noodles are a great

                                                               alternative to regular pasta with only 25 calories


                                                               per package. This meal is high in fiber and will keep

                                                               you full and maintain good blood sugar levels.
