                                                                                               Directions: In a nori sheet, add cauliflower rice:

                                                                                                    without spreading it too much on the edges
                                                                                                  (cauliflower rice recipe can be found on page
                                                                                                   56). On top of rice, add: sesame seeds, sliced
                                                                                                   pepper, baked salmon, sprouts and 1 tbsp. of
                                                                                                 avocado mayo. Avoid over stuffing the roll (as
                                                                                                    this may cause it to break). Roll everything
                                                                                                  together using a bamboo sheet and gently cut
                                                                                                   into pieces and dip sushi rolls in gluten-free
                                                                                                                 tamari sauce with lemon juice..
