Directions: Grill 1/2 a sliced zucchini, 1/2 a
sliced red pepper, extra lean ground
chicken, 1 package of fettuccine konjac
noodles in 1 tbsp. of coconut oil, 2 tbsps
of Nutritional yeast & mix in just enough
tomato sauce. Sprinkle with 2 tbsps. of low-
fat cheese of choice.
