        NUGGETS





                      Servings: 1





        Direction: Cut  150g of cooked chicken


        into small pieces and dip each one in

        a bit of melted coconut oil. Then,

        simply roll chicken in batter

        For the batter: mix together: 1 egg, 4

        tbsps. of coconut flour, 1 tsp of garlic,

        1 tsp of onion powder, 1 tsp of sea salt

        and enough water until the batter

        begins to stick together. Bake at 400

        for about 12 minutes.                                                                                                            49





                                                                             Serve with

                                                                         marinara sauce
