                                                                                                Directions: Mix together: ½ cup of coconut flour,
                                                                                                  2 tbsps. of Nutritional yeast, 1 tsp of sea salt,
                                                                                                pepper, 2 tbsps. of coconut oil, about 1/3 cup of
                                                                                                                                          53
                                                                                                water or until ingredients form into a soft batter.

                                                                                                  Cover shrimp in batter by pressing batter flat
                                                                                                 down on each shrimp & bake in the oven at 350
                                                                                                 for about 15 mins. (Makes for 2 servings) Serve
                                                                                                               with steamed broccoli
