Shiitake Noodles











                                          Directions: Soak a bag of shiitake mushrooms in water until soft. (I
                                       usually just soak these overnight). Slice the mushrooms into small pieces
                                           and grill 1 cup in a pan on medium heat with: 1 tbsp of olive oil, 1
                                         package of spagehtti konjac noodles, 1 tsp of sesame oil, 1/4 cup of
                                          gluten-free tamari sauce, 1 spiralized carrot and a handful of kale.
                                          Serve with your choice of meat. I find these noodles go great with
                                                                           shrimp!
