Meatballs
with Zoodles

Directions: Spiralize 1 zucchini and cook on low with
1/3 cup of organic marinara sauce. Top with turkey
meatballs.
Meatballs: Mix together: 120g of extra lean ground
turkey, 1 egg, 1 tsp of sea salt, 1 tbsp of ground
flax, 1/4 cup of chopped onion & 1 tbsp. of Mrs. Dash
garlic blend. Form into balls and cook in the oven at
450 for about 25 mins.
