Cauliflower

Servings: 2-3
Directions: Take 1 whole large cauliflower and cut into
small pieces (removing the stems) & lightly steam.
Then, simply place cauliflower in a small baking pan
with sauce.

For the sauce: Mix together 2 tbsps. of onion powder, 1
tbsp. of A.Vogel sea salt herb blend, 1 tbsp. of coconut
flour, 1 tbsp of coconut oil and add a little bit of
coconut milk. Sprinkle 1 cup of shredded allegro (skim
milk cheese) on top with the sauce and garnish with
ground pepper. Bake at 375 for 20 mins.
