                Directions: In a pan, cook 2 chicken breasts
                         in 1 tbsp of coconut oil with "buttered

                sauce": Mix together ½ cup of coconut milk,

                 1 tsp of chili powder, 1 tsp of curry powder,
                 ½ a small can of tomato paste, 1 tsp of sea

                salt, 1 tbsp. of coconut flour, with 1/4 cup of

                 diced onions. Serve on a bed of cauliflower
                        rice (recipe on page 56) with steamed

                                                       mixed veggies
