ALMOND FLOUR




                                                                           CHICKEN STRIPS







                                                                                            Servings: 2




                                                                            Directions: Cut 1 large chicken breast in strips, coat in
                                                                            almond batter & grill in a pan on medium heat for

                                                                            about 5 mins each side. Batter: Mix together: ¾ cup
                                                                            almond flour, 2 tbsps. of nutritional yeast, 1 tbsp.

                                                                            of ground flax, 2 tbsps. of olive oil, 1 tsp of sea salt &
                                                                            Mrs. Dash, with 1 egg. Add a bit of water until well
                                                                            mixed. Makes for 2 servings. Serve with steamed

                                                                            carrots and broccoli!                                    63
