  PEPPER




                                            Servings: 1


  Directions: Cut the top of the pepper off and stuff

  pepper with mixture until completely filled: 1 egg,
  100g of extra lean ground beef, grilled onions, fresh

  parsley, sliced zucchini and tomato sauce.  Place

  pepper cover back and spray olive oil on top. Bake at
  350 for 45 minutes or until pepper is soft.                                                                                               47
