society, because the teaching of the Buddha is the way of life. In the final section of
this chapter: the qualities of leadership, as Buddhist believe that one must be good first
in every function that he or she is taking responsibility for oneself and organizational
action, one must be calm and good inside by heart first. A leader must be a good
follower first. Logically, this is the universal truth and no one can deny it. Therefore,
there are still have previous qualities of a good person in self-development to become
an effective leader or person in social development.
