destroyed when the leader does not smart and skillful at judgement. This fourth quality

is the virtue of taking responsibility for balancing of the subordinates and society.
5) Kālannuta is defined as knowing the suitable and proper time. Leader

also need to know the time when he and his colleagues should move and act to achieve
the goal. It is easy to complete the mission when leader knows and skillful at Kāla,

Desa, time and situation when and how to react on the process of organizational plan.

Time management is one of most necessary qualities of leader. When leader does not
know how to manage the time in group, the team members will be bore and unactive to

work harmoniously. But in some case, leader can effort to work for the whole day and
night as his talent which conceive in him, but not the followers. If so, leader must

manage the proper time for his colleagues to work as a family to be happy and harmony

in next level and journey. Thus, for the leader who can apply this proficiently, he will
become the person who people want to follow.

6) Parisannuta is explained as knowing the society and audiences. This is
the skill of communication. Leader must know how to communicate with whom he is

speaking to such as audiences and his followers. Some leader is good at public speaking

and knowing how to inspire people, but it is useless if he does not know the situation,
time, and society. Speaking skill is not only the stair to become communicator, listening

you may learn something new.” Thus, to know the audiences, to prepare better plans,
to collect the information, to lead the society happily as brotherhood and friends with

must know the way to listen well for the benefit of oneself and others.
7) Puggalannuta is meant knowing the individual person in group and

society. As knowing the audience in general is necessary, keeping touch with someone
individually also essential as well. In generally, people love to hear their name from a
