company, must hold and practice these Gahapati-Dhamma: 118 The Four Qualities of
master of a house as follow:
1) Saddhāsampadā means accomplishment of faith which a master of a
house must invest and delegate the belief to his co-worker. Originally faith is Buddhism
is believing in the virtue of the Buddha, Dhamma, and the Sanga and natural of Kamma:
cause and effect. Even there is dissimilar about the concept of Saddhā and Diṭṭhi, faith
and belief, most Buddhist still misunderstood. Sayardaw U Dhammapiya pointed out
about these two concepts accordingly with Abhidhamma that “genuine faith is
associated with wholesome mental states, while belief is associated with wholesome or
unwholesome mental states.” 119 That is why, Buddhist believe that faith is the root of
the spiritual practice and without is nothing can be develop both in mentality and
physicality.
2) Sīlasampadā means accomplishment of virtuous behavior which
householder must fulfil the quality of morality for a good company. Morality is the
uniform of Buddhist followers. When one is walking in public without any clothe and
uniform, he or she is like a shameless person or a senile demential person. In the same
way, in Buddhism, if one lack of morality, he or she is a neither a virtuous person and
sensitize the happiness of human, and deva: Devine or will be born and suffered in the
hell or terrible places. Even in an individual social life, morality is powerful, especially
for self-discipline. Because, moral person or leader can be highly honored by society
not only in Buddhist community but also in others. Moral function or attitude can
process the quality of one and others to show who emphasize about morality is
trustworthy. Thus, virtuous behavior or moral virtue can help oneself or others to create
a peaceful and harmonious organization or social achievement. Originally, morality
here is taken as precepts such as five, eight, ten precepts and so on.
3) Cāgasampadā means accomplishment of generosity which is the quality
of a householder to gather the co-worker friendly and happily by sharing both opinion
