also translate it. But some people think that is unqualified if Chanda translates as desire
because it might be complicated between them and both of them are similar by using

the daily definition ‘wish, want, need, like, love, and so on. For example if one wants
or loves to watch movies and goes to the party, it can be called desire or Lobha and if

one wants or loves to take meditation it becomes Chanda: intention. One more example,
if someone is finding the sensual pleasure through six doors (Cha Dvāra: eye, ear, nose,

tongue, body, and mind), it is attaching with Lobha, desire and if someone wants or

wish to achieve something such as education, business or some goal especially in moral
character ethically and lawfully, it is called Chanda or intention as Theravādin belief.

Chandādhipati is one of the first step to move forward to be successful as
a king, ruler or leader in organization. Leader must have intention, passionate to achieve

the significant goal for a team and team member. For the ordinary and immature leader

must have intention to learn from anything such as even from mistake, take
responsibility for the organizational duty, and lead the colleagues harmoniously and

                       happily.
                                 2) Viriyādhipati can be designed as predomination by effort. Viriya: the

effort also can be both related in wholesome and unwholesome. Somehow, it is not

enough to have the intention what people wants to be, learn, and lead only, they must
perform it to be reality by applying this quality of effort or Viriyādhipati. Viriya effort

energy can help the person who has intention, wish to become more and do more.
Dream will come true when one shape the intention which he wants to be by effort

                       practically.
                                 3) Cittādhipati means the predominance of though or influence of though.

Citta here denotes javana-cittupāda, while the other three dominant influences refer to

the respective concomitants of this state of apperception. 114 But in order to apply this
concept easily, researcher might use citta here as consciousness or mind in general.

Citta is the king of Cetasika or leader of everything when it is been in Adhipati. Thus,
every leader must be strong in mentality especially. Some people they have intention

to be, and perform their plan strongly by their effort but they stop in a half of their
