                       animals do not love to hear the voice with anger, how human beings want to. Loving
                       kindness is one of the best tools to create peace and harmony in society.

                                 8)  Ahiṃsa means non-violence and creating the tranquility through cause
                       and effect reasonably by the universal law. There were many political of leader such as

                       Gandhi, and Nelson Mandela who was bring peace and independence to their country
                       by holding the principle of Ahiṃsa. Dealing with problems without violence is very

                       hard work to get the solution but every great leader knows that it will take time.

                                 9)  Khanti means patience and tolerance to solve the problem and to achieve
                       the higher goal of organization. When a leader has a clear vision, seeing the result of

                       what is going to happen to the community, no matter how the current situation is harsh
                       and difficult, he must be patient and take time to find out the way. The followers will

                       realize their leader when the result comes true.

                                 10)  Avirodha means non-obstruction which is supporting the righteousness
                       of people. For the benefit of society, leaders must open the way for colleagues to create

                       skillfully in whichever science of their expertise. A great leader is the same as a good
                       teacher. When the teacher is standing on the way which is disturbing the white board

                       to see it, how can a student write a full letter on the board? In the same way, even when

                       there is no opportunity to grow up for a cooperator leader must invent it to be or if there
                       is already a way to improve, the leader must inspire and motivate them to see more, do

                       more, become more.

                                 3.4.3 Gahapati-Dhamma:  The four qualities of householder


                                 In  Buddhism,  Sīla,  Samādhi,  and  Paññā  are  the  high  esteem  which  are
                       Buddhist followers holding through their life. Most Buddhist train their mind to be a

                       good  person  by  practicing  the  teachings  of  the  Buddha.  These  four  qualities  of
                       householder are the prerequisite of every family and organization. These skills might

                       suitable to apply in family oblivious than community. But no one can deny that a family
                       is a mini community or society. Thus, the master of a house can be called the leader of

                       a  mini-society  the  same  as  leader  of  a  large  organization,  even  the  duty  to  take

                       responsibility  is  different.  Therefore,  these  four  qualities  of  householder  can  be
                       designed as the virtue of leader. No matter home, one wants to be a self-leader or a
