                       devastation. As a great leader has more roles to play, must know more and see more

                       than others to lead a better society.
                                 2)  Atthannuta  is  designed  as  knowing  the  purpose  of  why,  meaning  of

                       what, and consequence of how. It is not enough for a leader to a vision what he is going
                       to do only, must a vision beyond the action why he wants to lead this community, how

                       the consequences will be proceed by doing this, choosing this, and going this way.

                       Leader can work not only the certain present job; he can imagine what uncertain future
                       progress with strong attention is. But the subordinates will cheer on their leader when

                       the dream comes true. Most leaders become successful, and respected by cooperators
                       who receive the fruit of success. As knowing the truth or Dhamma is important, to

                       predict fortune of the organization as well. Thus, the second quality: the virtues of

                       knowing the consequence is an essential for effective leader to comply it.
                                 3)  Attannuta is expressed as knowing oneself and self-discipline. As the

                       lord  Buddha  mentioned  in  Dhammapada  that  “Attohi  attano  nātho,  ko  hi  nātho
                       parosiyā.” 125  If translate in English, one is the master or savior of oneself, how the

                       other can be one’s master? Self-discipline is the most basic step of everything. The

                       leader is just a person who can show the way, the teacher and master are just the person
                       who can guide the student to improve, and the Dhamma or the theory is just a way to

                       practice and walk to the right direction for all being. But to learn, develop, practice,
                       walk,  and  take  the  action  is  one  must  take  responsibility  by  himself  toward  the

                       achievement. When one can lead himself calmly, one can lead the others and his team
                       proficiently. Everything start from one to be good and bad. One is one’s master, creator,

                       and universe.

                                 4)  Mattannuta  is  described  as  knowing  how  to  temperate;  sense  of
                       proportion. None of organization can travel smoothly in a long journey. It may have

                       some  problem  and  difficulties  not  because  of  the  conflict  between  leader  and
                       cooperators only and also sometime problem can be appeared because of the situation.

                       Every effective leader has this quality of knowing the sense of proportion which is

                       ability to solve the problem and to judge for the most beneficial of the situation. It can
