believe that calling the name contact whit individual spiritual person will make them
happy and easy to receive the merit to be free from the suffering.

The seven virtues of a gentleman are different from the seven treasures of a
good man as mention above. In the seven treasures of a good man, even though

specifically have the Sīla morality, but there is no Sīla in the seven virtues of a
gentleman. Somehow, the teachings of the Buddha mainly focus and beads on the

morality. Even though there is no Sīla specifically in the seven virtues, can see and

realize that Sīla is already there in the first and second quality which is knowing the
Dhamma, and knowing the meaning or purpose. Thus, these seven virtues not only the

way of practicing to become a good person, gentleman only, they can guide one to be
a good leader and the leader of universe to achieve the ultimate goal: Nibbāna.

3.4.5 Nāyaka-Guna: The Six Qualities of a good leader

The leader is the organizational planer, creator, and guider. He will carry a

better society by his own shoulder and responsibility, he will guide people to do the
right thing on the right way, he will plan the best policies for his employee, and he will

create active and happy group to move stronger, addition he will make the right decision
for his followers as a decision maker. It is very difficult to lead people who are not from

the same family, society, and country, but leader can do it, can lead it and can manage

it to be unity in one group, when leader possess these six qualities in their heart. Namely
they are as follow 126 1) Khamā: patient, 2) Jāgariya: Active, 3) Utthāna: Passion 4)

Samvibhāga: Supporting, 5) Dayā: Compassion with loving kindness, and 6) Ikkhanā:
Competence.

3.5 Concluding and Remark

So far, this Chapter has been researched the theoretically about leadership
concept beads on the Buddha’s teaching from many perspectives which can comply in

daily. Even though the teachings of the Buddha mostly move forward to the ultimate
goal with the specific target, but people or organizational leader can play them such as

the functions, the duties, the principles, and the qualities of leadership to lead the
