to the Lord Buddha is the Licchavī youths are rough, violent, and light-hearted which
do not take any matter seriously as immature adults, but now they are approaching to
the Lord Buddha respectfully. It means when the young generation approach to the wise
men and old wise people to gain some knowledge, the country or society will grow up
and receive some achievement soon. Certainly, there is no leader personality cult to the
wise men in Business and religious world. Therefore, even if there is no scholar or
expert in management of the country or organization the leader must invite them to
enter, discuss, exchange the idea with the citizen for the benefit of the country.
No matter how one is a craftsman, a general of an army, business trader, a
head person of village, a king or a religious leader, if they can hold and practice these
five qualities or function, he or she will grow up and success. This sutta mainly beads
on loving kindness for the social life. As a great leader or king, must take care of his
parent, support his wife, children, worker, and servant, helping the neighboring,
honoring the oblational deities or traditional even, and respecting the wise men such as
ascetics and master with deeply in heart. Imagine this, even a wild animal, if one helps
him by heart, and loving kindness, as a reflection, he will love back and not harm its
owner, and also sometime he still can protect his owner and owner’s business too. By
applying these five functions, anyone can receive the loving kindness from the parent,
family, workers and servant, neighbor, deities, and wise and one will be successful.
Because kindness is reflecting like a mirror one to another.
3.2.3 Aprihāniya-Dhamma: The seven conditions of welfare
The Buddhist maintains the organization toward peace and harmony for the
long-term whit these seven conditions of welfare (Aprihāniya-Dhamma) found in
Dhīgha-Nikāya, Mahāprinibbāna Sutta. This Sutta is one of the most significances
Sutta for the best norm of world leader. The lord Buddha was the leader of not only
Buddhism, and he was the leader of universe by universal truth. In addition, The Lord
Buddha was respected by many scholars in the example of universal leader by his
